Get Deep With Aliens Don't Ring Doorbells for Mental Health Awareness Month

As the cosmic pop-rock trio traverses the nation, supporting the UK mega group Boyzlife, Aliens Don't Ring Doorbells wow crowds with their marvelous stage presence and stellar discography, including the latest single, 'Are You Crazy?' released ahead of their upcoming second album.

'Are You Crazy?' is a sonic supernova with a heartfelt message to the world, inspiring mental health awareness ahead of May's Mental Health Awareness Month. Adam King, the frontman of ADRD, beautifully summarises: "A problem shared is a problem halved."

Aligned with the unveiling of 'Are You Crazy?' the single aims to dismiss the often assumed agenda of 'it's all in your head.' King opens up about his diagnosis, chemical imbalances, and the importance of more productive conversations, whether professionally or in a circle of loved ones.

Adam King elaborates: "Mental illness is often misunderstood; people can be quick to dismiss it as something that's 'all in your head.' But the truth is conditions like depression and anxiety are the result of complex chemical imbalances in the brain that affect your entire body. As someone who has struggled with clinical depression for many years, I can attest to the fact that it's not just a matter of feeling 'sad' or 'down' - it's a pervasive feeling of unease and anxiety that can make even the simplest tasks seem insurmountable.

"That's why it's so important to talk about mental illness openly and honestly and to seek help when you need it. Whether that means talking to a doctor, trying therapy, or simply confiding in a trusted friend or family member, reaching out and seeking support can make a world of difference".

"For me, having the support of my loved ones has been crucial in managing my depression. And while the medication isn't the right solution for everyone, it has helped me to balance my serotonin levels and improve my mood and overall well-being. So if you're struggling with mental illness, know that you're not alone - and that there is help out there. Remember: a problem shared is a problem halved."

Aliens Don't Ring Doorbells plans to circle the orbit with outer space energy and an upcoming second album, including hits like 'Big Old Nowhere,' Hello 2 You' and 'Don't Touch.'

You can listen to 'Are You Crazy' on all streaming platforms.
